Delete Your CareBridge Copilot Account

CareBridge Copilot is a service of Sunderlin Behavioral Interventions, Inc.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Email carebridgesupport@sunderlinbcba.com from the email address associated with your CareBridge Copilot account, with the subject line "Delete my account."

 

We will verify your request and confirm by email when your account has been deleted. Requests are completed within 30 days.

WHAT IS DELETED

- Your account and sign-in credentials

- Your email address and name

- Your subscription status and usage records

- Any profile information you provided

 

WHAT IS KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG

Payment and transaction records are retained by our payment processor, Stripe, for seven years, as required by financial and tax regulations.These records contain billing information only.If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion, or let us know in your email and we will cancel it for you.

You may also request deletion of specific data — such as your usage history — without deleting your entire account. Email carebridgesupport@sunderlinbcba.com with what you'd like removed.
