Now Available: Individual Subscriptions for the ABA Gauntlet (Because You Asked)

If you’re an RBT or ABA professional in 2026… first of all: we see you.

The field is changing fast. Expectations are higher. Families are more informed (and rightfully so). Assent-based care is becoming the standard. Ethics conversations are louder. Supervision looks different. Sessions look different. And for a lot of technicians, the job feels like you’re constantly trying to do the “right thing” while also trying not to emotionally collapse by Wednesday.

And honestly? That’s real.

Over the last year, we launched the ABA Gauntlet as a corporate support tool — something companies could provide to their teams to reduce burnout and help staff feel more supported on the job.

But we kept getting the same message over and over:

“Can I get this for myself?”

“My company won’t pay for it, but I need something like this.”

“I love my job, but I’m exhausted.”

So… we listened.

The ABA Gauntlet is now available as an individual monthly subscription.

Why We Built This

The truth is: ABA work can be beautiful. It can also be chaotic.

Some days you’re making progress, building trust, and seeing growth happen right in front of you.

Other days you’re dealing with:

  • a client who isn’t ready for demands (and you’re trying to honor assent)

  • a parent who wants “more compliance”

  • a supervisor who expects perfect data

  • constant schedule changes

  • unsafe behaviors

  • and that pressure to stay calm even when your nervous system is screaming

And then you go home and still have to function like a normal person.

A lot of RBTs aren’t burning out because they don’t care. They’re burning out because they care too much and aren’t given enough support.

This tool is for the people who are trying to do ethical, compassionate work while navigating a field that’s evolving in real time.

What the ABA Gauntlet Actually Helps With

The ABA Gauntlet is a non-clinical support tool designed to help you manage difficult situations surrounding the job.

It can support you with things like:

  • navigating tough session moments without spiraling

  • finding calm language when you feel overwhelmed

  • staying grounded during challenging behavior

  • managing parent dynamics professionally

  • handling changes in expectations and workplace culture

  • processing stress so it doesn’t follow you home

It’s like having a calm, supportive “work brain” with you when your own brain is fried.

What It’s NOT (Important)

Let’s be clear because ethics matter:

The ABA Gauntlet is NOT a clinical tool. It does not provide treatment plans. It does not replace supervision. It does not give client-specific clinical recommendations.

This is not therapy and it’s not clinical decision-making.

It’s support. It’s guidance. It’s burnout prevention. It’s a tool to help you survive the job while the field continues to shift.

Why Individual Access Matters Right Now

In 2026, ABA is moving toward more compassionate models. More assent-based approaches. More trauma-informed care.

That’s a good thing.

But the reality is… that shift also requires more emotional regulation, more skill, and more support from the professionals delivering services.

And too often, technicians are expected to evolve faster than the systems around them.

We wanted to create something affordable and accessible for the people doing the hardest part of the work: showing up every day.

Now Available: Individual Subscriptions

Individual subscriptions are now live alongside corporate plans.

Because you asked. Because the field is changing. And because burnout shouldn’t be the cost of caring.

If you’ve been looking for something to help you feel supported on the job, this is for you.
