As Sunderlin continues to grow and evolve, we are proud to announce the expansion of our behavioral and developmental services across Washington and Oregon — including the opening of our Vancouver, WA Learning & Behavioral Center and expanded in-home, school, and caregiver programs in the Portland Metro area.

For over a decade, Sunderlin has provided compassionate, evidence-based support to children and families. Now, we are building on that foundation to serve even more communities with flexible, accessible, and relationship-driven care models.

What’s New

In Vancouver, WA:

• Our new center provides developmental learning, school-readiness programs, and social skills groups in a structured, play-based environment.

• Families can access individualized behavioral programs and ongoing caregiver coaching under BCBA supervision.

In Portland, OR:

• We are expanding in-home behavioral and school collaboration services for children and adolescents.

• New social skills and life coaching programs are being launched to support older learners and teens in gaining independence and confidence.

Across Both States:

• We’re integrating caregiver education, mental wellness coaching, and community partnerships to create holistic support networks for families.

• We’re actively hiring RBTs, who want to join a mission-driven, forward-thinking team that values compassion, collaboration, and growth.
